City Of Winston Salem Nightclub Violence Reduction Program

I’m thinking this document is from August 2007….. But anyway… the City of Winston Salem, NC drew up a plan to reduce the violence in the local nightclub scene. I don’t know if this plan was ever put into effect or if its even still on the table. I will look into this some more later. In the meantime check out the pdf version of the plan and let me know if you think their violence reduction policy can work nationwide.
